Trisha Conway is the founder and CEO of eHealth Consulting. With over 30 years of nursing experience and over two decades of IT experience, she is well suited to bridge the great divide between technology and clinical practice. She is a nationally recognized leader in MIPS, implementation of electronic workflows in clinical practice, data migrations, and analytics. She enjoys teaching others and has had the pleasure of speaking at many user engagements, including the AIMSVAR and Henry Schein conferences. She is a subject matter expert for 4Med Plus and creates the content for MIPS classes and several Telehealth classes.

Trisha is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, ballroom dancing, and crafting in her spare time.

Jennifer Perez is an exceptional asset to the eHealth team! She has over 15 years of experience working in healthcare, focused primarily on using, overseeing and implementing EHR technology in large multispecialty practices.

She is an expert in Professional EHR, specifically in the Clinical, Clinical Customization, Output Manager and Reporting Modules. Jennifer is a Certified MACRA-MIPS PI Professional and manages over 20 large organizations for program success. She continues to grow in the areas of healthcare, business and marketing to assist practices in decision making, employee training and workflow optimization. Mrs. Perez states “I believe in what we do, ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ let us help you bridge the gap between using your EHR and loving your EHR technology”.

Jennifer is a proud mother and wife, when asked a bit about herself, this is what she shared: “I have two little girls that have brought me the greatest happiness and fulfillment.  My military background also defines who I am; I served our country honorably for 8 years. The military strengthened me not only physically, but mentally; it made me see life in a different way. I believe in what I do, with the right attitude and hard work, anything is possible.”

Lynn Sledge joined eHealth Consulting in January 2014 as a Senior Consultant. Based in North Carolina, Lynn has more than 20 years of Healthcare experience. Prior to joining  eHealth, Lynn was the Director of EHR Client Services at Intermedix (formerly RDMG/ PSR/Medical Edge)  and Director of Education and Documentation at Allscripts (formerly A4 Health Systems). Mrs. Sledge’’s areas of expertise include: Project Management, Physician and Staff Training, Quality Payment Program Monitoring, Allscripts Subject Matter Expert, Workflow Optimization, Quality Improvement Reporting, Telehealth Implementation and Lab Interface Implementation.

Mandy Dalton is one of our senior nursing consultants, with 16 years of patient care experience as an LPN. She has been with eHealth since May of 2015. Trisha previously trained Mandy at Allscripts and loved the passion she had for utilizing technology to enhance health care.

Mrs. Dalton specializes in regulatory programs such as PCMH (NCQA), Medicare (MIPS/QPP) and Medicaid Meaningful use with a focus on quality improvement initiatives by guiding practices to implement best practices protocols and workflows. During her time with eHealth she has received excellent feedback from clients as well as from the NCQA surveyors. 

Mandy is also a CMUP (Certified Meaningful Use Professional) and a CHSRAP (Certified Healthcare Security Risk Assessment Specialist).

Judy Ruiz has over 35 years of experience in the Healthcare industry both as employee and as a trainer. While working at Allscripts, she was a Senior Consultant for 17 years specializing in Practice Management. Prior to that she worked with Misys for 3 years as Director of Operations for the Atlanta office and she was a Systems Support Manager with CompuData Professional Systems in Georgia for 10 years. Judy has a degree in Computer Systems Management. Areas of expertise include, general consulting, training, implementation, workflow optimization. She is a Crystal Report expert. Judy quickly establishes an excellent rapport with clients and helps them identify areas for improvement that will increase revenue.
