This package includes customizing your system in Reason for Visit, Procedure Entry Rule, Assessment and Plan as well as other applicable short lists, and adding a professional Medicare Wellness output template that populates based on the data you enter during the visit. eHealth will also provide training to your staff on how to implement this customization to efficiently document the Initial Preventive Physical Examination (IPPE) as well as the initial and subsequent Annual Wellness Visits. Follow up remote support is available to answer any questions you have related to implementation of the Annual Wellness Visit workflow. Full implementation and training are done remotely and scheduled at your convenience. The implementation of this workflow also meets requirements for Clinical Quality Measures such as Fall Risk Assessment, and Depression Screening.
