After completion of the “Understanding the Referral Workflow Process” class, eHealth consultants will assist you in implementation of an efficient referral management workflow. We will start with a remote meeting to gather information about the types of referrals you are sending and your current workflow. This is followed by a training session on referral management in Pro EHR 15.0, written workflows and follow up remote support regarding implementation or other questions related to the referral management process. This process is compliant with PCMH standards/criteria. It will also meet the Clinical Quality Measurement requirements for Closing the Referral Loop.
